白芍总苷联合正清风痛宁在治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)联合白芍总苷(total glucosides of paeony,TGP)、正清风痛宁用于类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)活动期治疗的疗效及安全性。[方法]资料来源2011年1月至2013年1月笔者经历医院诊治的60例RA活动期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组患者均基础口服MTX(7.5mg/次,1次/周)和叶酸片(10mg/次,1次/d);对照组加口服非甾体抗炎药;治疗组加用TGP(600mg/次,2次/d)及正清风痛宁缓释片(60mg/次,2次/d)。12周为1疗程。观察患者症状改善、实验室指标、关节肿胀数、关节疼痛数、双手握力、晨僵时间。[结果]治疗组在总疗效、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间以及RA活动期RF、IgG、CRP、ESR等实验室指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组在药物安全性比较差别不明显(P>0.05)。[结论]MTX联合TGP及正清风痛宁治疗RA活动期可以明显提高患者临床总体疗效,改善临床症状,缓解炎症指标,达到长期安全有效控制病情的目的。[Objective] To discuss the cure effect and safety of MTX combined with TGP and Zhengqing Fengtongning on RA in active stage. [Method] The data came from 60 cases RA treated in the hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013;randomly divide them into treatment group and control group, n=30 for both. Both groups took MTX and folic acid tablets first; the control one was added with non-sterides anti-inflammation; the treatment group added with TGP and Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained release tablets, 12w as a course. Observe patients ’symptoms relieve, lab indexes, joint swel ing, joint pain, hands grip and morning stiffness time.[Result] The treatment group was better than control one on the improvement of total effect, joint swel ing, morning stiffness time and the lab indexes of RF, IgG, CRP and ESR in RA active stage; after treatment, both groups had no marked difference on drug safety. [Conclusion] Methotrexate combined with TGP and Zhengqing Fengtongning could obviously improve the total effect in RA active stage, relieving clinical symptoms and inflammation indexes, reaching the aim of long, safe and effective disease-control ing.
