摘　　要：目的：建立紫朱软膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫朱软膏中的紫草、冰片进行鉴别,采用气相色谱法测定制剂中冰片的含量。结果薄层色谱中主斑点清晰,分离度好；冰片在0.0484～1.2100μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率在90%～110%范围内,RSD＜5%。结论本方法简便可行,可用于紫朱软膏的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standards of Zizhu ointment. Methods The TLC was applied to identify Radix arnebiae and borneol of Zizhu ointment, and the content of borneol was determined by gas chromatography. Results The TLC spots were clear, well-separated and easy to identify. The good linear range of borneol reference substance on calibration curve was 0.048 4-1.210 0 μg, and the recovery was 90%-110%, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, can be used as the quality control method of Zizhu ointment.
