摘  要:两相流的研究具有非常重要的意义,对其的研究方法和手段也非常多。基于多相流实验平台,采用波长为980 nm激光二极管和硅光电二极管,对水平流向的分层流、泡状流、环状流和垂直流向的弹状流、泡状流、环状流和乳沫状流流型分别进行了实时在线的探测,取得了显著的效果。由于近红外在气液中的吸收系数差别很大,同时受气液界面影响明显,所以能够很好地反映气液界面的波动情况,能够实时在线反应出不同的流型,为气液两相流其他的参数的检测奠定了基础。Because the two-phase flow has very important meaning, many scholars pay attention on it and provide many methods about it. Based on the experimental platform of muhiphase flow, for the three flow patterns in the hor- izontal direction, stratified flow, bubbly flow, annular flow and the four flow patterns in the vertical direction, slug flow, bubbly flow, annular flow, and milk foam-like flow, the paper used the laser diode of 980nm and the silicon photodiode to detect the flow status and got good results. For the absorption coefficients of the infrared in the gas and the liquid are very different. Meantime, the infrared is affected by the interface obviously. As a result, it can reflect the fluctuation of the gas-liquid two-phase flow with the detection by the near-infrared. What' s more, it can reflect the different flow patterns of the real-time online, providing a basis for the other parameters' analysis in the gas-liquid two-phase flow.
