摘 要:以盆栽海棠‘长寿冠’为材料,在对其花色素进行特征颜色反应和紫外-可见光谱扫描分析基础上,探讨了促花调控过程中增温及叶面施肥对花瓣色素含量的影响。结果表明,‘长寿冠’花色是多种色素共同显色的结果,但花青素起着决定性作用,其花色色素属于黄酮类化合物。在长寿冠促花调控过程中,适当增大昼夜温差或在现蕾期喷洒0.2%过磷酸钙或0.2%硫酸钾有利于花青素含量的提高,使花朵着色加深;在现蕾期喷洒0.1%的尿素则造成花青素含量降低,使花朵颜色淡化。RHSCC比色结果与花青素含量的测定结果基本吻合,可作为评判‘长寿冠’花色质量的一个依据。该项研究为海棠花色素成分的进一步分离和鉴定等提供基础,同时为海棠促花调控过程中花色质量的评价提供依据。With potted Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai 'Changshouguan' as the material, based on the analysis of characteristics of anthocyanin color reaction and UV-scanning, we explored the effects of temperature and foliar fertilization during the process of flower-promoting regulation. The result showed that the color of 'Changshouguan' is controlled by several kinds of pigments together, and anthocyanins play a decisive role, which belongs to flavonoids. In the control process of 'Changshouguan' flower-promoting, appropriately increasing the temperature difference between day and night or spraying 0.2%Ca(HEPO4)2 or 0.2%K2SO4 in the budding period are beneficial for the improvement of the anthocyanin content, making the flower color deepened; spraying 0.1% urea in the budding period can reduce the content of anthocyanin, making the flower color fade. RHSCC colorimetric results and anthocyanin content determination results are basically consistent, which can be used as a basis for evaluation the flower color and quality of longevity crown. This paper provides a basis for further isolation and identification of pigment composition of the flower japonica and also provides a reference for the evaluation of the flower color and quality in the process of flower-inducing regulation.
