摘 要:目的探讨贝那普利防治顺铂肾损伤的作用及其机制。方法取36只大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、贝那普利组,各12只。采用顺铂尾静脉注射复制顺铂肾损伤模型。6周后,观察各组大鼠肾组织的病理改变及24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮、肾脏血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平。结果与模型组比较,贝那普利组大鼠血肌酐、血清尿素氮的含量明显降低(P<0.05),肾脏的病理变化明显减轻,肾组织AngⅡ含量下降(P<0.01)。结论贝那普利可通过降低AngⅡ含量来改善肾功能,减轻肾损伤。Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanisms of benazepril on the renal injury induced by cisplatin. Methods 36 rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group and benazepril group,12 cases in each group. The rats were injected with cisplatin by vena caudalis to duplicate the renal injury model. The pathological change of renal tissue after 6 weeks were observed in each group. The levels of 24 h urine protein, BUN and Scr in serum and the levels of angiotensinⅡ(Ang Ⅱ) in renal tissue were detected. Results Compared with the model group, the level of 24 h urine protein, BUN and Scr in serum in the benazepril group were significantly decreased( P 〈 O. 05), the pathological change in the renal tissue were alleviated and the level of Ang Ⅱ in renal tissue was also significantly decreased( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Benazepril can effectively improve the renal function and alleviated the renal injury induced by cisplatin via decreasing the level of AngⅡ.
