摘　　要：目的建立测定消食健胃片中熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱法方法色谱柱为Ulimate LP-C_（18）柱（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸铵（85：15：0.4）,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为21 8 nm,柱温为30℃。结果熊果酸进样量在0.428 8~4.288μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 5,n=6）,平均加样回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.34%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于消食健胃片的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the content determination of ursolic acid in Xiaoshijianwei Tablets. Methods The HPLC method was conducted on the Ultimate LP- C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol-water-ammonium acetate（85 ： 15：0.4） as the mobile phase, the flow-rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 218 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of ursolie acid was 0. 428 8-4. 288 μg, r=0. 9995（n=6）, the recovery rate was 98.60%, RSD = 1.34% （n =6）. Conclusion The established method is simple, convenient, accurate, rapid and suitable,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
