尼莫地平结合综合护理治疗蛛网膜下腔出血42例

摘　　要：目的观察尼莫地平结合综合护理治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的有效性。方法回顾性分析医院2011年3月至2013年10月行尼莫地平结合综合护理治疗蛛网膜下腔出血患者82例的临床资料,其中对照组40例行尼莫地平结合基础护理治疗。治疗组42例行尼莫地平结合综合护理治疗,比较两组疗效。结果对照组和治疗组有效率分别为87.50%和92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和治疗组并发症发生率分别为22.50%和16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平结合综合护理治疗蛛网膜下腔出血可提高疗效,减少并发症,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effectiveness of nimodipine combined with the synthetic nursing in treating subarachnoid hemor- rhage. Methods The clinical data in 82 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage treated by nimodipine combined with nursing from March 2012 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, d0 cases in the control group were treated by nimodipine com- bined with the basic nursing, while 42 cases in the treatment group were treated by nimodipine combined with the synthetic nurs- ing. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the control group and the treatment group were 87.50% and 92.86% respectively, the difference had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of complications in the treatment group and the control group were 16.67% and 22. 5% respectively, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nimodipine combined with the synthetic nursing in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage can increase the effect and reduces the complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
