摘　　要：供电企业采取预收电费方式减少用户欠费风险。鉴于网银支付的便捷性,网银预收电费必成为主流。由于当前网银支付的安全缺陷,使得用户在使用网银预付电费时面临支付安全风险。介绍了第三方密码网银支付预收电费模式,该模式能同时解决网银支付风险、用户预付电费不便、供电企业营销成本增加等问题,便于供电企业控制电费收缴风险。Power supply enterprises reduce the risk of users owe by way of electricity tariff payment in advance.In light of the convenience of the e-bank payment, online banking electricity pre- payment must become the main stream. But due to the shortcomings of e-bank payment security, it makes the users face security risks in the use of online banking electricity prepaid payment. The article introducesthe modelof the third party password e-bank payment in advance.The model can solve marketing problems of the risks, inconvenience otuser electricity prepaid, the increasing cost of power supply enterprise at the same time, which is convenient for power supply enterprise to control risk for electricity tariff＇ recovery.
