摘 要:研究了EDXRF分析中粉末压片法最优制样条件和光管最佳激发条件.通过对BaSO4粉末与BaSO4和煤粉混合的两种不同Ba含量(58.8%和35.3%)的压片样品测量,得到Ba元素特征谱线的峰背比与制样条件、激发条件之间的关系曲线.在实验所用的具体设备情况下,粉末压片法制样最优压力大小为5~6 MPa,最优恒压时间约为4 min.在光管电压为47 kV,光管电流为10μA时,得到Ba元素特征谱线最佳峰背比和良好的能量分辨率,并且发现同一目标元素含量不同的样品,最优制样条件和X射线管激发条件基本相同.研究结果表明适当的制样方法和优化的激发条件对提高EDXRF分析结果的准确性和改善仪器检出限具有重要的意义.The optimum sample preparation conditions of powder press method and the optimum X-ray tube excitation condition were researched in EDXRF.The relation curve for the peak-to-background ratio of Ba characteristic spectral line to sample preparation and tube excitation conditions were obtained by measuring two different content barium tablet samples of BaSO4 powder and BaSO4 with coal powder mixture.Under the condition of the specific equipment used in the experiment,the optimum pressure was 5~6 MPa and optimum constant pressure time was about 4 min.The samples were prepared under the optimal pressure and constant pressure time.The optimal peak-to-background ratio of Ba characteristic spectral line and good energy resolution were obtained when the X-ray tube voltage was 10 kV and tube current was 47 mA,and found that the optimum conditions of sample preparation and X-ray tube excitation were basically consistent for the same target element in different content samples.The results showed that appropriate sample preparation method and optimum excitation condition for enhancing the accuracy of EDXRF analysis results and improving the instrument detection limit is of great importance.
