间隙连接蛋白40基因多态性与原发性高血压病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨间隙连接蛋白40基因(-44和+71位点)多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法运用聚合酶链反应PCR技术对210例原发性高血压病住院患者,对照组158例体检正常人的Cx40基因的-44和+71位点基因多态性、基因型、等位基因分布频率等进行统计学分析。结果病例组三酰甘油、钙、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)与对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),CX40基因-44位点基因型病例组和对照组构成比总体及男性均存在统计学意义(P<0.05),+71位点无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归提示-44位点AA基因型、三酰甘油、钙的OR值分别是4.458、4.1330、0.195,P分别是0.039、0.001、0.014。结论 Cx40基因启动子区域-44位点AA基因型可能是男性高血压人群的危险因素,高三酰甘油为危险因素,高钙为保护因素。Objective To investigate the association between genetic polymorphism of connexin 40（Cx40）gene and essential hy-pertension（EH）.Methods The genetic polymorphism,gene,and allele frequency distribution of Cx40 gene （ 44,＋71）in 210 essen-tial hypertension patients and 158 normotensive were studied by PCR technology.Results There were visible difference between EH group and control group （P〈0.05）.There were obviously different type Cx40 gene 44 loci in all patients or males in EH group and controls （P〈0.05）.The result of ＋71 was just the opposite （P〉0.05）.The values of 44 AA genotype,triglyceride,Ca with the methods of logistic regression were 4.458,4.1330,0.195（P were 0.039,0.001,and 0.014）.Conclusion There was a positive corre-lation between Cx40 gene 44 AA genotype and EH in male groups.The high triglyceride was the risk factor,and high Ca was a pro-tective factor.
