摘　　要：发挥高校图书馆的信息资源优势服务产学研合作具有重要意义。本文在说明高校图书馆的馆藏信息和馆员素质优势的基础上,阐述了高校图书馆服务校企产学研合作的具体内容,最后针对高校图书馆服务产学研合作中的不足,从完善服务制度、建立服务网络、提高人员素质等方面提出相应的建议。Using information resources advantages of university library to serve university-industry cooperation has been of great importance. Based on the advantages of university library, including collection information and librarians＇ quality, this paper expounded the specific content of university library service in promoting university-industry cooperation. Aiming at the defects in the service of university library, it put forward some corresponding suggestions from perfecting the service system, establishing the service network and improving the librarians＇ quality.
