摘　　要：实地调研和相关理论研究相结合发现:建立以游客为中心,由政府主导,旅游企业、媒体、当地居民共同协作、参与的安全管理体系有利于漓江流域的生态安全管理。该体系由安全教育系统、信息管理系统、安全预警系统、应急救援系统、安全保险系统和安全评价系统组成。Based on the theory of process management and stakeholders, this paper takes Li River as the research object to build the eco-tourism safety management system. The system takes the tourists as the centre, led by the government, and the tourism enterprises, the media, local residents work together as the core. It also includes the safety education system, information management system, security early warning systems, emergency rescue systems, security insurance system and security evaluation system.
