摘　　要：目的分析《中国神经免疫学和神经病学杂志》载文作者群特点,为该刊的办刊和评价工作提供数据参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,对该刊2009-2013年所载713篇论文的作者、地区、机构分布情况进行统计分析。结果《中国神经免疫学和神经病学杂志》近5年来共刊载2713名作者(含合作者)撰写的学术论文,著者来自全国26个省、自治区和直辖市。论文合作度为3.81(2713名/713篇),合著率为90.74%(647篇/713篇);以第一作者身份发表1篇论文的作者504名,占86.15%,发文量占总发文量的70.68%(504篇/713篇);核心作者(发文3篇及以上)20名,发文量占总发文量的12.20%(87篇/713篇)。发文量北京地区居首位,发文252篇,其次为山东(57篇)和上海(54篇);发文量≥10篇的高产单位有14个,发文量占总发文量的39.55%(282篇/713篇)。高产机构多为医学院附属医院和教学医院。结论该刊拥有一支广泛的作者队伍,论文作者的合作程度较高,是一高质量的科技期刊。今后可从扩大稿件来源地区和核心作者群方面采取措施,不断提升学术水平和刊物影响力。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the author groups in Chinese Journal of Neuroimmunology and Neurology, with the aims to provide data references to those who runs or evaluates the Journal. Methods Bibliometric method was used to analyze the authors, their regions and organization distribution of 713 academic papers published in Chinese Journal of Neuroimmunology and Neurology from 2009 to 2013. Results The quantity of authors who published their 713 papers was 2713 （included cooperators）, involving 26 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. The degree of cooperation was 3.81 （2713/713）, and the cooperation rate was 90.74% （647/713）. The quantity of authors who published only one paper was 504 （86.15%）, of the total published papers, they accounted for 70.68%. And the quantity of authors with high yield and deep influence was 20; they published 87 papers （12.20%）. The 252 papers were published from Beijing with the first rank, then 57 from Shandong and 54 from Shanghai. There were 14 organizations that brought out over 10 papers, of the total published papers, they accounted for 39.55% （282/713）. Most of highly-quantities organizations are affiliated hospitals and teaching hospitals. Conclusions Chinese Journal of Neuroimmunology and Neurology has wide distribution of authors and high degree of cooperation. It is shown to be a high quality academic journal. The regional distribution and the core author team need to be expanded so as to improve its academic level and publication influence.
