摘 要:提出了一种汽车自调臂的单向离合器性能测试方法。构建了自调臂自调功能有效性与蜗杆轴作用在单向离合器上的正、反转力矩之间的模型关系。根据该模型计算出理想条件下不同结构型号自调臂的正、反转调整力矩的理论值,再利用设计的不确定度达到±0.1N·m的调整力矩测试装置检测各型号自调臂的正、反转力矩的测试结果。通过比对理论值与测试结果来验证被测自调臂的单向离合器的性能质量。目前工程上常用调整力矩经验值比对法来判断自调臂单向离合器的性能,而不同型号自调臂单向离合器的调整力矩不同,厂家提供的经验值将不能作为统一的评定标准。对5种已知设计参数的合格自调臂进行实验,实验表明,各型号调整臂的调整力矩的正、反转测试值都在其理论值的范围内。提出的单向离合器测试方法获得的评定结果完全符合国内标准要求,检测方法可靠。A new testing method of the one--way clutch of automobile automatic brake adjuster is proposed. The model relationship between the availability of automatic brake adjuster automatic adjus- ting function and the positive and reverse moment of worm shaft acting on the one--way clutch is built. According to the model, the theoretical value of positive and reverse adjusting moments of dif- ferent structure automatic brake adjuster under the ideal conditions are calculated. Then, using the designed adjusting moment testing device which the uncertainty is up to ±0. 1N· m, the positive and reverse moment of various sizes automatic brake adjuster are detected. Through comparing the theoret- ical value with testing result, the performance quality of testing automatic brake adjuster one--way clutch can be verified. At present, the adjusting moment experience value comparison method is used for judging the performance of automatic brake adjuster one--way clutch on the engineering. The adjusting moment of different type automatic brake adjuster one--way clutch is different, the experience value providing by manufacturer cafft be as a unified evaluation criteria. The experiment of five kinds of automatic brake adjuster is carried out, the experimental results show that the experimental values of adjusting brake moment both the positive and reverse moment are within the ranges of theoretical values. The evaluation result obtaining from the proposed test method is fully comply with the require- ment of national standard, the detection method is reliable.
