摘 要:直升机主减速器齿轮"分扭-并车"传动系统中,弹性轴的扭转刚度对传动系统的均载性能有重要影响,并与其花键联接段的扭转刚度密切相关。为精确计算均载弹性轴的扭转刚度,结合Lisp语言编程及ABAQUS有限元软件的建模功能,建立了带有渐开线花键联接的弹性轴有限元精确模型,通过模型分割及有限元分析计算,求得弹性轴扭转刚度的精确值。通过对比精确计算与工程简化计算所得到的弹性轴扭转刚度值,表明了精确计算的有效性和可靠性。In the " Split Torque--Combine Power" transmission system of helicopter gear reducer, torsional stiffness of load sharing elastic shaft has a great impact on the load sharing of the transmission system, while it is closely related to the torsional stiffness of its spline section. For accurate calculation the torsional stiffness of the shaft, the accurate finite element model of the shaft within involute splined section is established by combining Lisp programming language and modeling capabilities of ABAOUS. Then, dividing the model according to torque path and calculating the torsional stiffnesses of its spline section and shaft section by finite element method. Thirdly, the total torsional stiff- ness of the shaft is got by recombinating the torsional stiffnesses. Compared to conventional calculation, the method is more effective and precise.
