摘　　要：痤疮是皮肤科临床多发病和常见病,是毛囊、皮脂腺的慢性炎症。西药治疗本病主要使用抗生素、维生素、维甲酸类、激素制剂以及光化学疗法,治疗手段副作用较大且易复发,传统中医药治疗本病具有一定优势。艾儒棣教授辨证论治该病,以该病的病因病机为基础,指出"阳郁"为发病根本,并重视所联系的各个脏腑的症状,提出"消散"为根本治疗大法,在缓解症状、减少并发症、降低复发率等方面疗效满意。现将导师对本病的认识以及处方用药经验叙述如下,以飨同道。Acne is a common clinical dermatology disease. It is caused by the chronicle inflammation of hair follicles and se- baceous glands. Western medicine treatment of this disease mainly depends on antibiotics, vitamins, hormone or PUVA , etc. All the treatments above have side effects and are easy to relapse. By contrast, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has certain advantages. Professor Ai Ruidi pays full attention to the fundamental and relationship to other organs of this disease. And the clinical efficacy is pretty good. Now the paper summed up the tutor＇s experience as follows to share with all fellows.
