中医保守治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医保守治疗单纯腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:将该科住院的98例胸腰椎压缩性骨折的患者按随机数字表分为两组,治疗组49例给予中医保守治疗,对照组49例给予血塞通注射液治疗,观察其临床疗效并进行随访。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为76%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论:采用中医保守治疗腰椎压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果比较满意。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of pure Chinese medicine conservative treatment of lumbar compression fracture. Methods ：98 cases of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group＇s 49 patients were given conservative treatment and the control group＇s 49 patients given Xuesetong injection. The clinical observation efficacy and conduct follow - up were observed. Results ：The total effective rate was 92 % in the treatment group and it was 76% in the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group and there was no significant adverse reaction. Conclusion：Chinese medicine conservative treatment of vertebral compression fractures has quite satisfactory clinical effect.
