补肾滋阴法治疗绝经综合征潮热58例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾滋阴法治疗肾阴虚型绝经综合征潮热的临床疗效,同时与激素替代疗法的临床疗效进行比较,权衡利弊,以探求治疗绝经综合征潮热的理想方法。方法:120例患者随机分为治疗组60例,口服补肾滋阴法组方的熙坤汤;对照组60例,激素替代疗法口服用药。疗程均为12周。治疗前后分别填写中医证候量表、国际公认改良Kupperman Index(KI)量表;检测治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平,对相关指标进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状均明显改善,改良Kupperman Index(KI)量表评分值均显著降低,其中治疗组总有效率82.7%,对照组总有效率89.3%,经统计学分析组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后较治疗前血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均有下降趋势,雌二醇(E2)水平均有上升趋势,经统计学分析均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾滋阴法、激素替代疗法(HRT)对绝经综合征潮热的临床治疗均有较好疗效。临证应结合实际情况,权衡利弊,选择最优治疗方法。Objective：To observe the therapeutical effect of Bushen Ziyin Method （BSZY）. Meanwhile, to compare with the therapeutical effect of hormone replacement therapy,in order to seek the best therapeutical method. Methods ：120 cases of outpatients with menopausal hot flashes due to deficiency of kidney Yin were divided into two groups at random. 60 cases of the treatment group were treated with Xikun Decoction ,while 60 cases of the control group were treated with hormone replacement therapy. 12 weeks was a treatment course and the two groups were observed for 12 weeks. The syndrome scale of TCM and the international improved Kupperman Index （KI） Scale were filled in before and after treatment. Besides, the changes of the level of FSH and E2 in serum were observed before and after treatment. All the correlative index was statistically analyzed. Results：The clinical syndromes of the two groups were improved obviously after treatment and the grade of the international improved KI scale descended remarkably. The total rate in effect of the treatment group reached 82.7%, while the control group 89.3%, without significant difference（P 〉 0.05 ） between two groups. The serological hormone detection showed： FSH descended while E2 ascended after treatment. The statistical analysis showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion.Both Xi＇an Decoction and hormone replacement therapy have good therapeutical effect on menopausal hot flashes due to deficiency of kidney Yin, while the better therapeutical method should be found out.
