滋阴化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴化痰法辨证论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效,为该病提供一种符合临床实际的中西医治疗方法。方法:选取符合条件的98例COPD患者,随机分为治疗组(50例)、对照组(48例),对照组采用常规西医处理方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用滋阴化痰类中药,入院第1天、治疗第7天分别评估病情、观察患者炎症指标、肺功能、血气分析等情况,并比较治疗前后及组间差异。结果:两组病人治疗前后各项指标变化均具有差异性(P<0.05),治疗组取得更加治疗效果,FEV1%、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2与对照组结果相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴化痰法辨证论治COPD患者,切中当前患者病机,能够取得更好的治疗效果。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effects of nourishing Yin and eliminating phlegm method in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ AECOPD ） through analyzing symptoms, and to find an effective way for these patients. Methods ：98 cases of COPD who were hospitalized were selected and divided into two groups. 48 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 50 eases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to western medicine. The conditions of the patients, the index of inflammation, the blood gas analysis and the pulmonary function were detected respectively on the first day and seventh day. The data between the two groups and anterior - posterior of treatment were analyzed by SPSS. Results：The indexes after treatment in the two groups were become better than that of before（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. The in- dexes of FEV1% , PaO2, PaCO2 and SaO2 in the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion：Nourishing Yin and eliminating phlegm method in treating AECOPD can significantly improve the therapeutic effects, which is fitting to the pathogenesis of COPD.
