摘　　要：目的:观察推髌按膝手法治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用推髌按膝手法加硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎65例,与对照组硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎56例比较。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:推髌按膝手法是治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of pushing patellar according to the knee manipulation in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：The treatment group used the method of pushing the patella by knee manipulation and glucosamine sulfate capsules in treatment of 65 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis, and the control group used glucosamine sulfate capsules in treatment of 56 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis. Results ：The treatment group＇s curative effect surpassed the control group＇s. Conclusion：Pushing patella technique is an effective method for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis and it is worthy of clinical application.
