中医足部护理对轻链型多发性骨髓瘤伴肾病患者化疗后肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中医足部护理对轻链型多发性骨髓瘤伴肾病患者化疗后肾功能的影响。方法:将40例轻链型多发性骨髓瘤伴肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用中西医一体化治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组治疗及护理基础上行开腠泄浊液足浴并配合相应穴位按摩。两组分别于化疗前、化疗后第7、14、21、28天后观察肾小球滤过率、血肌酐、血尿酸。结果:两组患者治疗后肾功能均有改善,肾小球滤过率上升,血肌酐、血尿酸降低,与本组干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗14 d后对照组肾功能改善不及观察组明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医一体化治疗基础上的中医足部护理能有效、持续改善轻链型多发性骨髓瘤肾病患者化疗后肾功能。Objective ： To observe the effect of renal function of foot nursing on light - chain multiple myeloma with chemotherapy in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods ：40 cases of light - chain multiple myeloma with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into the observation group （20 cases） and the control group（20 cases）. The control group used integrated treatment and routine nursing and the observation group used the medicated footbath and acupoint massage on the basis of treatment and nursing of the control group. The GFR, Scr, BUA of two groups were observed before and after chemotherapy of 7,14,21 and 28 days. Results ： The renal function of patients in the two groups have been improved after treatment. Compared with the group before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. The observation group improved renal function more significantly than the control group since 14 days after chemotherapy and there was a significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Foot nursing based on integrated treatment and nursing can effectively improve renal function in light - chain multiple myeloma with chronic kidney disease patients after chemotherapy.
