摘 要:目的:观察参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R的影响。方法:以腹主动脉不完全缩窄法建立压力负荷性心室重构大鼠模型。以参蛤散(1.89 g·kg-1)灌胃该模型5周,对照组以卡托普利(0.06 g·kg-1)灌胃5周,观察参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R的影响。结果:参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R及心脏指数具有明显的降低作用。结论:参蛤散能降低压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R含量,这可能是参蛤散改善压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心室重构、降低心脏指数的机制之一。Objective:To explore the effect of Shenge Powder on the concentration of AT1R in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure - overload in rats. Methods : Pressure overloaded ventricular remodeling was induced by banding abdominal artery to the outer diameter of 0.7 mm. The control group was conducted without banding. The rats were randomly divided into four groups : control (sham) group, model group, captopril (0.06 g/kg) group, Shenge Powder( 1.89 g/kg)group. Three days after the surgery, all groups were orally administered once a day for five weeks. And then, the effect of Shenge Powder on the concentration of ATI R was examined. Results:Shenge Powder could significantly reduce the concentration of AT1R. Conclusion:Shenge Powder prevents ventricular remodeling in ventrieular remodeling caused by pressure - overload in rats. The mechanisms may be related to reducing the concentration of AT1R.
