摘 要:新型自密实加固混凝土是在现有水泥基灌浆料基础上开发出的高粘结、低收缩、自流平、自密实、加固用的新型混凝土材料,将其与传统的加大截面加固法相结合,再运用层内泵送灌注技术,不仅加固效果可靠,施工快捷,而且截面加大尺寸小,尤其适合震后灾区量大面广的震损结构的快捷加固。在课题组前期的试验研究和理论分析的基础上,考虑单面、三面和四面加固不同的加固方法,针对轴心受压和大、小偏心受压柱建立了一整套加固设计计算方法,为新型自密实混凝土应用提供了理论依据。The new self-compacting concrete (NSCC), with low shrinkage, self-leveling, self-compacting characteristics, is a kind of new strengthening concrete material, which is developed based on cement-based grouting material. The use of NSCC along with the traditional enlarging sections method and the technique of pumping filling in storey, is reliable and convenient. It also brings less cross-section increase. Therefore, the NSCC is particular suitable for strengthening structures being destroyed in seismic prone areas. Based on the previous tests and theoretical analyses, the design methods for RC columns strengthened with the NSCC under different strengthening conditions were proposed, including one side strengthening, three-side strengthening, and four-side strengthening, for axial compressing eccentric compressing columns, respectively. The results obtained in this paper are of great values for the guidance of structural strengthening.
