摘　　要：目的探讨S100A4基因在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)及正常人在位内膜细胞中的表达及意义。方法通过细胞培养、细胞鉴定及定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(QRT-PCR)方法检测30例EMs在位内膜细胞(EMs组)及30例正常子宫在位内膜细胞(对照组)S100A4基因的表达情况。结果 Quantity One等定量软件分析结果发现EMs组S100A4蛋白灰度值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);通过QRT-PCR系统软件分析EMs组患者的S100A4mRNA表达量比对照组高约3倍(P<0.001)。结论 EMs在位内膜细胞中S100A4基因表达增加,S100A4基因差异表达与EMs侵袭和转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of S100A4 gene in endom-etrial cells of endometriosis（EMs）patients and normal subjects.Methods Endometrial cells from 30 EMs patients（EMs group）and 30 normal subjects（control group）were cultured and identi-fied.The expression of S100A4 was detected by Western-blot and QRT-PCR.Results The Quan-tity One analysis showed that the grey value of S100A4 protein in EMs group was significantly greater than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）.The QRT-PCR showed that the expression of S100A4 mRNA in EMs group was 3 times higher than that in control group（P 〈0.001）.Conclu-sion The expression of S100A4 increases in EMs and the increased expression is correlated with the invasion and metastasis of EMs.
