摘　　要：当前,随着宽带传输技术的革命性突破和移动互联网的广泛应用,现代先进科技已经成为促进经济发展的重要引擎,并渗透到企业生产和个人生活的各个领域。面对时代的发展和技术的进步,银行业必须要把握金融信息化的发展趋势,运用全新的视野与思路,提升创新服务能力,加快业务模式转型与升级。In the face of the change in the new market situation, the boundary between commercial banks and e-commerce is blurring increasingly and doing business concurrently in different trades and comprehensive services will gradually become normal. Such traditional financial enterprises as commercial banks need to accelerate the construction of financial informatization, push forward with the blending and innovation with internet and develop business by the use of the essence of internet to take up the challenge of cross-trade fi nance from e-commerce or internet enterprises, reinforce the construction of network banking and increase their capacity of innovative service.
