摘　　要：增强党际协商的实效性,在我国具有十分重要的政治价值。但从实证调研来看,当前党际协商在协商主体、协商内容、协商频率、协商程序等方面都存在一些影响协商质量的问题,其实效还没有达到制度设计和人们期望的理想状态。因此,亟须通过营造协商氛围、加强民主党派自身建设、完善协商程序、健全配套机制等途径加以完善。In China, it is of great political value to increase the effectiveness of inter - party consultation. However,the research result shows that there are still some problems existing in the subject, content, efficiency and procedures of inter - party consultation, which affect the consultation quality to some extent. The effectiveness of inter - party consultation has yet to achieve the ideal state of system design and is still under people＇s expectation. Therefore, we must increase the effectiveness by creating proper atmosphere for inter - party consultation, strengthening self - construction of the democratic parties, improving the consultation procedure and establishing a sound supporting mechanism.
