老年人健康满意度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：为了解老年人对自己健康状况的满意度及其影响因素 ,在合肥市区调查了 995名 6 0岁以上老年人的健康满意度及其相关因素 ,拟和单因素和多因素有序分类结果的 L ogistic回归模型探索其影响因素 ,发现对满意度影响最大的是行为能力和日常生活自理情况 ,其次是慢性病患病和住院费用 ,年龄、性别。Objective In order to understand the health status satisfaction and its influence factors in the aged. Methods 995 persons aged over 60 in Hefei were investigated. We fit ordinal Logistic regression model to explore its influence factors. Results It showed that the important influence factors are score of activity daily life, and chronic diseases and hospital costs. The age, sex, career and source of income influence the satisfaction to different extent.
