摘 要:利用HPLC指纹图谱研究大鼠灌服芎汤活血有效部位前后尿和粪便样品,并计算特征峰欧式距离,考察粪、尿中药物多成分累积排泄的总体变化趋势。将芎汤有效部位给SD大鼠灌胃后,总体成分在尿样中于8~12h达到排泄高峰,在粪样中于12~24 h达到排泄高峰。采用指纹图谱技术测定排泄物中多成分的排泄曲线,可以更好地阐明中药复方排泄规律。It was studied that the urinary and fecal excretion of blood activating fraction of Xiongqiong decoction before and after oral administration in rats by HPLC fingerprint. The euclidean distance was calculated according to the characteristic peak area of HPLC fingerprint and used as the integral index for the cumulative excretion trends of multi-components in Xiongqiong decoction. The overall excretion of multiple composition in urine and faeces reached a peak in 8-12 h and 12-24 h, respectively. Integral fingerprint is proposed to be an ideal method which could be used to study the excretion pattern of traditional Chinese medicine formula.
