当归拈痛汤对类风湿性关节炎大鼠滑膜MMP-9的影响

摘　　要：目的研究当归拈痛汤对类风湿性关节炎大鼠的滑膜组织中MMP-9的影响,进一步探讨该药物的作用机制。方法用Mtb诱导实验性类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型,并随机分为4组,空白对照组、当归拈痛汤组、模型组以及作为阳性对照的雷公藤组。经过实验阶段的干预后,检测各组大鼠关节滑膜组织的MMP-9水平。结果与阳性对照组和模型对照组相比,当归拈痛汤组显著降低模型大鼠关节滑膜中MMP-9水平(P<0.05)。结论当归拈痛汤可以下调模型大鼠关节滑膜组织中的MMP-9水平,提示其作用机制可能与调控MMP-9水平相关。Objective To study the effects and the mechanism of Danggui Niantong Decoction on MMP - 9 in the synovial tissues of rheumatoid arthritis rats. Methods Using the Mtb induced rheumatoid arthritis rats as experimental model animals, and then di- vide them into 4 groups in random, the blank control group, the Danggui Niantong Decoction group, the model group and the Leigongteng group as the positive control. And after intervention , observe the level of MMP -9 in different groups. Results Compared to the positive control group and the model control group , the level of MMP -9 in synovial tissue of Danggui Niantong Decoction group decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danggui Niantong Decoction can decrease the level of MMP - 9 , it shows part of the mechanism of this drug may be related to the regulation of the level of MMP - 9, and the experiment provides eviences for the clinical use of Danggui Niantong Decoction .
