摘　　要：目的分析测定鹤峰银莲花中特征性皂苷成分五加苷K的含量。方法采C18（Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C184.6 mm×150 mm）分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35）,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长210 nm。结果五加苷K在2.01～10.05μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 2）,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.11%（n=5）。结论该方法简便,灵敏,重复性好,可用于对鹤峰银莲花的质量控制,为鹅掌草近缘种质量评价及开发提供实验依据。Objective To determine Eleutheroside K in Anemone hofengensis by HPLC. Methods Eleutheroside K was separated on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C18 column（4.6ram x 150ram） with a mobile phase of methanol - water（65：35 ） and detected at a wavelength of 210 urn. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.01 μg - 10. 05μg （r = 0.999 2 ）. The average recovery rate was 98.9% and RSD = 1. 11% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and precise. It can be used for the quality control of Anemone and provide experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and development of the related plants of Anemone flaccida.
