摘　　要：目的建立三白草药材及其抗肝纤维化有效部位中总木脂素含量测定方法。方法以三白草酮为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定三白草药材及其抗肝纤维化有效部位中总木脂素含量。结果三白草酮在1.94～15.52μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.6%,99.3%,RSD分别为1.61%,1.91%。结论方法简单,数据可信,为控制三白草及有效部位质量提供了可靠依据。Objective To establish the determination method of the content of total lignans from Saururus chinensis and its effec- tive part against carbon tetrachloride induced hepatic fibrosis in rats . Methods The content of total Lignans are determined using UV method with sauchinone as a standard product. Results The linear range of sauchinone are 1.94 ～ 15.52μg/ml. The average recoveries of Saururuz chinensis and its effective part are 99.6% ,99.3% ,with RSD of 1.61%, 1.91%. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable. , and it can provide a reliable basis for the quality control of Saururus chinensis and its effective part.
