摘 要:目的研究银翘柴桂颗粒对流感病毒感染小鼠肺损伤的治疗机制。方法用甲Ⅰ型流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染小鼠,建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的生物模型,用不同浓度银翘柴桂颗粒治疗后,检测小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中总蛋白含量;ELISA方法测定肺泡灌洗液中IL-6和TNF-α的水平及肺组织匀浆的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果银翘柴桂颗粒各剂量组均能显著降低肺泡灌洗液中总蛋白、IL-6及TNF-α的含量;各剂量组小鼠肺组织匀浆的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著下降、丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显增加。结论银翘柴桂颗粒可通过降低流感病毒感染小鼠肺组织炎症因子表达及影响自由基活性而发挥保护作用。Objective To investigate the antiviral mechanism of lung injury infected by influenza virus FMI in mice treated with Yinqiaochaigui Granule. Methods The murine pneumonia model was established and induced by influenza virus strain FM1. Mod- el mice were treated with different close group of Yinqiaochaigui Granule. The content of iuterleuking - 1 ( IL - 1 ) and turn or nec- rosis factor-α ( TNF -α) in the bronchial alveolar lavage fluid and the content of superoxide disnmtase (SOD) , malondialdehyde (MDA) in the murine lung were detected by ELISA. At the same time,the total protein concentration in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid was determined. Results Different dose group of Yinqiaoehaigui Granule decreased the content of the total protein concentration, IL- 6 and TNF-α significantly ;the activity of SOD was dramatically decrease and the level of MDA dramatically increase. Conclusion Yinqiaochaigui Granule has an obvious effect against lung injury infected with influenza virus FM1 strain by reducing inflammatory factor released by the lung and effect the activity of radicals.
