摘 要:目的探讨心舒宝对高血脂模型大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠通过高脂饲料喂养8周后建立高血脂模型,第9周起设对照组(高脂饲料)、实验组1(普通饲料+心舒宝)、实验组2(高脂饲料+心舒宝),直到14周,用试剂盒及血糖监测系统测量血清中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及血糖浓度。结果①与对照组相比,心舒宝可有效降低高血脂模型大鼠血清中的TC及LDL水平;②心舒宝对高血脂大鼠模型血清中的TG、HDL及血糖的水平均无显著影响。结论心舒宝可有效降低高血脂模型大鼠血清中的TC与LDL水平。Objective To explore the effects of Xinshubao on blood lipid levels in rat model of hyperlipemia. Methods SD rats were fed with high fat diet for 8 weeks to establish hyperlipemia model. Rats were then set up 3 groups from 9th week to 14th week:control group was fed with high fat diet, experiment group 1 was fed with normal diet and garaged with Xinshubao, and ex- periment group 2 was fed with high fat diet and garaged with Xinshubao. Serum was isolated to examine the levels of triglyceride (TG) , cholesterol (TC) , high density lipoprotein (HDL) , low density lipoprotein (LDL) and blood glucose suing kits. Results (1)In comparison with control group, Xinshubao can significantly decrease the levels of TC and LDL;(2)Xinshubao had no significant effects on the levels of TG, HDL and blood glucose compared to control group. Conclusion Xinshubao can decrease blood lipid levels by suppressing TC and LDL levels in rat model of hyperlipemia.
