益肾化瘀中药序贯治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症187例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾化瘀中药序贯疗法对187例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的疗效及生命质量水平的改善。方法随机分为对照组(61例):妇科千金胶囊,中药组(61例):活血化瘀中药方,序贯组(65例):经后期滋肾活血-经前期温肾化瘀-行经期活血化瘀中药方,比较三组临床疗效、治疗前后症状体征积分、疾病影响程度积分(SIP)等。结果序贯组总有效率优于对照组(98.5%vs 86.9%,P=0.030),与中药组相似(98.5%vs 95.1%,P=0.567),治愈率显著提高(52.3%vs 34.4%,P=0.043;52.3%vs 19.7%,P<0.001),降低疾病损伤总分(P<0.01),改善社会心理评分(P<0.01)。结论益肾化瘀中药序贯疗法可有效治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,显著改善患者生理、心理健康,提高女性生命质量水平。Objective To investigate the treatment effect about sequential traditional Chinese medicine therapy of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis for 187 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and improvement of their life quality level. Methods Patients were randomized into control group （61 cases） ： Qianjin capsules, medicine group （61 cases） ： blood circulation prescription, and sequential group （ 65 cases） ： nourish kidney and activate blood in follicular phase - warm kidney and promote blood circulation in luteal phase - remove blood stasis in menstrual period. Compare the clinical efficacy of the three groups, in addition, symptoms and signs before or after treatment and sickness impact profile（SIP）. Results The sequential group has better total efficiency than control group （98.5% vs 86.9% ,P = 0. 030） ,but similar with medicine group（98.5% vs 95. 1%, P = 0. 567 ）. Apart from this,its cure rate significantly increases （52.3 % vs 34.4% , P = 0. 043 ; 52.3% vs 19.7% , P 〈 0.001 ） , and lower disease damage score （ P 〈 0.01 ） , as well as ameliorate psychosocial score （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sequential traditional Chinese medicine therapy of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis can effectively treat pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae, significantly improve women＇s physical and mental health,including quality of life standards.
