摘  要:目的测定分析管花肉苁蓉不同生长时间和部位的松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷及半乳糖醇含量。方法高效液相色谱法。结果管花肉苁蓉不同生长时间的松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量以11月最高,分别为295.25 mg·g-1和48.25mg·g-1,两者均表现为11月>10月>12月;半乳糖醇含量12月最高为36.71 mg·g-1,12月>11月>10月。管花肉苁蓉不同部位的松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量基部>中部>顶部,半乳糖醇含量顶部>中部>基部。结论管花肉苁蓉不同生长时间和部位的松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和半乳糖醇含量差异显著。Objective To detect the echinacoside, verbascoside and galactitol content of Cistanche tubulosa in different growth period and different parts. Methods High performance liquid chromatography. Results In November echinacoside and verbascoside content of Cistanche tubulosa in different growth period were up to 295.25mg·g-1 and 48.25mg·g-1 respectively, and both variations showed that November was more than October and more than December. In December galactitol content of Cistanche tubulosa was up to 36.71 mg~ g ~ and variation showed that December was more than November and more than October. Echinacoside and verbascoside content in different parts of Cistanche tubulosa showed that the base was more than the midd|e and more than the top,but galaetitol content in different parts of Cistanche tubulosa showed that the top was more than the middle and more than the base. Conclusion There were significant difference of echinacoside, verbascoside and galactitol content of Cistanche tubulosa in different growth period and different parts.
