外用中药治疗糖尿病足的文献应用分析

摘　　要：目的：对近5年文献报道中有关外用中药治疗糖尿病足现状进行统计,为临床应用中药外治糖尿病足提供用药参考依据。方法：收集2008年5月~2013年5月中国知网（CNKI）收录的有关中药外治糖尿病足的相关文献,统计中药出现的频次,不同种类中药的应用频次,剂型应用频次等情况。结果：共检索到相关文献185篇,处方明确的中药方剂为150个,涉及中药191种;应用频次较高及种类较多的为清热药,活血化瘀药,祛风湿药,其次是温里药,补虚药,解表药;应用中药剂型主要以洗剂,膏剂,散剂为主。结论：中药应用存在种类多、应用方法较多、配伍不统一等问题,实际临床疗效易受质疑。在临床实际中,要辨别糖尿病足发病患者的全身症状与局部症状,灵活选用相应种类的外用中药及剂型。Objective： To analyze the reported literature about external use of traditional Chinese medicine involving on diabetic foot during recent five years,and provide reference basis for the clinical application. Methods： To gather the literature from May 2008 to May 2013 in CNKI,meanwhile the frequency statistics of Chinese medicine,the frequency of usage on different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency of usage dosage were analyzed. Results： The number of the related literature was 185,and the number on the explicit prescriptions of Chinese medicine was 150,and the number on traditional Chinese medicine was 191. The most frequent usage and species were heat-clearing drugs,eliminating stasis and antirheumatic,then were interior-warming drug,tonifying deficiency medicine,relieving medicine; the uses of Chinese medicine formulations were mainly lotion,cream and powder. Conclusion： There are more varieties,methods of use and compatibility of chaos on the application of Chinese medicine,therefore,the clinically curative effect is vulnerable to challenge. In clinical practice,we need to distinguish between the systemic symptoms and local signs of diabetic foot,and flexibly choose corresponding kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for external use and dosage form.
