宽胸气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宽胸气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将66例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予以宽胸气雾剂治疗,对照组予以硝酸甘油治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效。结果:宽胸气雾剂在改善心绞痛、心电图方面与硝酸甘油疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对心血瘀阻、寒凝血瘀及气滞血瘀型心绞痛患者均适用。宽胸气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效不劣于硝酸甘油。结论:宽胸气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of Kuan-xiong aerosol on coronary heart disease angina in clinic. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were given Kuan-xiong aerosol,and the patients in control group were treated with nitroglycerin,with comparison of data before and after treatment. Results： Kuan-xiong aerosol had a similar efficacy with nitroglycerin,and there was no statistically significant difference in terms of improvement of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）; Kuan-xiong aerosol in patients with different TCM syndrome types was applicable. Its curative effect was not inferior to nitroglycerin. Conclusion： Kuan-xiong aerosol for coronary heart disease angina has a curative effect,which is worth clinical application.
