功能性便秘的外治法临床进展

摘　　要：针对功能性便秘,中、西医内治法容易产生药物依赖和结肠黑变等副作用,中、西医外治法效果确凿,副作用相对较小。通过整理分析古籍及国内外文献,笔者就近5年来有关中、西医外治法治疗本病的临床进展综述如下,并建议采取两种安全有效的外治法同时或交替治疗,增加疗效,减少依赖性、耐受性等副作用。For functional constipation, internal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine easily lead to side effects such as drug dependence and melanosis. On the other side, external therapy of TCM and western medicine have affirmative effects, and relatively small side effects. By sorting and analyzing ancient and literature both at home and abroad, the author summarizes external treatments of TCM and western medicine clinical progression of the disease in recent five years, and recommend that we could take two safe and effective external treatments for the disease simultaneously or alternately, increasing efficacy, reducing dependency , tolerance and other side effects.
