摘　　要：对近10年来文献中有关针灸治疗单纯性肥胖并发痛经临床研究进行了系统回顾和总结。重点对发病病因、病机、辨证分型、证候规范化和标准化、辨病和辨证论治的针灸方法以及针灸作用机制进行梳理,以期为临床选用提供参考,并提出应该注意的问题及指明今后研究方向。Through systematic review and summary of the literatures about the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for simple obesity complicated with dysmenorrhea in the last decade, especially the collection and analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation classifications, normalization and standardiza- tion of syndrome, treatment based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the authors hope to provide reference for clinical usage, and to point out problems that should be paid attention to and the research direction in the future.
