祁连圆柏不同枝龄全光照喷雾扦插试验研究

摘　　要：在全光照喷雾条件下,对祁连圆柏当年生、1年生和2年生枝进行扦插试验,其方差分析、多重比较、极差分析的结果表明:采用质量分数100 mg/kg的ABT 1号生根粉浸泡2 h的2年生祁连圆柏插穗的成活率、生根数量高于当年生和1年生插穗,且成活率分别比当年生和1年生高27.5%和16%,2年生插穗的生根率、生根量及生根长度与对照差异显著。This article used the conditions Sabina Przewalskii annual,1a and 2a branches studied cutting. By the analysis of variance analysis,multiple comparisons,range,results showed that： By mass fraction,ABT 1 100 mg·kg- 1ABT 1 rooting treatment of 2 h powder for 2a Qilian juniper rooting rate,rooting number higher than students and 1A students Qilian juniper cuttings,the survival rate than those with 1a 27. 5% and 16% 2a,the rooting of cuttings rate,root weight and root length were significant,so in Qilian Sabina chinensis cuttage breeding should be selected 2a ages of cuttings.
