针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效及肌电图的变化。方法:将120例急性期周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组,药物组采用口服强的松片和阿昔洛韦片,针药组在药物治疗的基础上配合针刺治疗,治疗10次后,进行临床疗效评价,并在治疗前后行肌电图检查。结果:针药组治愈率53.33%,总有效率为96.67%,药物组治愈率为20%,总有效率为81.67%,针药组的治愈率及总有效率优于药物组(P<0.01);肌电图检查示患侧面神经潜伏期延长和(或)波幅降低,两组经治疗后较前均有明显好转(P<0.05),但针药组对面神经功能改善优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效确切,可以有效改善面神经功能,为针灸早期治疗周围性面瘫提供依据。Objective：To study the clinical effect of acupuncture with medicine on acute intractable facial paralysis and electromyography changes. Methods： 120 cases of acute intractable facial paralysis were divided into two groups. The medicine group was treated by prednisone and acyclovir tablets. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture on the basis of medicine therapy. After treatment, the effect was compared between two groups and electromyography inspection between two groups was investigated and contrasted before and after treatments. Results：The recovery rate and total effective rate were 53.33% and 96.67% respectively in the treatment group, versus 20% and 81.67% in the medicine group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. In two groups after treatments, the incubation period and （or） amplitude of facial nerve were markedly improved （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incubation period and （or） amplitude of facial nerve of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the drug group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture with medicine is an effective way for treating acute intractable facial paralysis and can improve facial nerve function, which may provide useful basis for clinical therapy at the early stage.
