热敏灸结合针刺治疗肝肾不足型雄激素源性脱发30例

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸结合针刺治疗肝肾不足型雄激素源性脱发的临床疗效,找出治疗此病的热敏点。方法:将60例肝肾不足型雄激素源性脱发患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予热敏灸结合针刺治疗;对照组30例,予温和灸结合针刺治疗。治疗每周2次,治疗12周为1个疗程。结果:在局部症状改善方面,治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%。两组间总有效率比较有统计学意义。在新发生长情况方面,两组间新发生长比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以上均说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。在30例治疗组雄激素源性脱发患者的热敏穴探寻中,其最高发部位为中脘穴,其次为关元穴、肾俞穴、肝俞穴、生发穴、带脉穴及足三里穴。结论:热敏灸结合针刺以及温和灸结合针刺对雄激素源性脱发患者的治疗均有效,但热敏灸治疗的疗效优于温针灸治疗。中脘穴为最明显存在的一个热敏点。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of heat - sensitization moxibustion with acupuncture in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia and then to find out the thermal sensitive points of the disease. Methods： 60 patients with AGA were randomly divided into two groups：30 cases in heat - sensitization moxibustion with acupuncture group, and 30 cases in warming moxibustion with acupuncture group. The clinical symptoms obser- vation scale was used to evaluate the curative effects before and after the treatment and after one course to com- pare the treatment in patients with hair, oily scalp, itching, dandruff and other local symptoms and constitutional symptoms such as weakness, soreness and weakness of waist and knees. Results： In the aspect of local symptoms improvement：In the treatment group, the effective rate was 83.33%. In the control group, it was 66.67%. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the aspect of new hair growth, the growth in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. They both explained that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. During the observation of 30 cases in the treatment group, the Zhongwan point was the most popular thermal sensitive point followed by Guanyuan point, Shenshu point, Ganshn point, Shengfa point, Daimai point and Zusanli point. Con- clusion ： Both the heat - sensitization moxibustion with acupuncture and the warming moxibustion with acupunc- ture of AGA treatment are effective. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The study also finds that the Zhongwan point is the most popular thermal sensitive point.
