痔上黏膜套扎术结合痔动脉区消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨痔上黏膜套扎术（RPH）结合痔动脉区消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将100例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用RPH结合痔动脉区消痔灵注射术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗，对比两组患者临床总体疗效及术后疼痛、尿潴留、肛门狭窄等并发症情况。结果显示，两组痊愈率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但观察组患者术后肛门最剧烈疼痛时、换药或肛门检查时、首次排便时VAS评分均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；而且观察组术后尿潴留、肛门狭窄发生率均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。术后随访6个月，两组患者均无复发。结果表明，RPH结合痔动脉区消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔疗效确切，患者术后疼痛轻，并发症和后遗症少，值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） combined with injecting Xiaozhiling at hemorrhoidal artery area for mixed hemorrhoids. The 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases for each one; observation group received RPH combined with injection of Xiaozhiling,while control group alone external dissection ＆ internal ligation; then the whole effects, the status on complications such as postoperative pain,uroschesis and anal stenosis,etc were compared between both groups. As results,there was no statistical difference in curative rate between both groups（ P 〉0.05） ;but,the VAS score during the most agony of anus after operation, dressing exchange or anal examination, and the first-time of defecation in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）,also uroschesis,anal stenosis, too（ P 〈0.05） ; postoperative follow-up of 6 months did not find any recurrence. It is concluded that RPH combined with injecting Xiaozhiling in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect,mild postoperative pain of patients, with less complication and sequel, thus worthy to be popularized to use.
