改良大肠水疗法治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨改良大肠水疗法治疗慢性功能性便秘（CFC）的临床疗效，将100例CFC患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用改良大肠水疗法治疗，对照组采用常规大肠水疗法（按厂家操作流程进行）治疗，两组均每3d治疗1次，连续3次为一疗程。对比两组患者总体疗效、患者满意度和舒适度。结果显示，观察组总有效率（98．0％）、患者舒适度（80．0％）和满意度（80．o％）均明显高于对照组（42．0％、36．0％和36．0％），P〈0．01。结果表明，与常规大肠水疗法相比，改良大肠水疗法治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效更好，患者舒适度、满意度更高，值得临床推广应用。In order to investigate the clinical effect of improved large intestinal hydrotherapy for treating chronic functional constipation（CFC）,the 100 patients with CFC were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases for each;the former received this hydrotherapy,while the latter received routine hydrotherapy（in accordance with the manipulation process of producer）, ltime/3d, 3 （d） X 3 as a treatment course; then, the whole effect, patient＇s satisfactory and eomfortability degree of both groups were compared. As results, the total effective rate,patient＇s comfortability and satisfactory degree of observation group were all significantly higher than that of control group（98.0% vs 42.0% ,80.0% vs 36.0% , 80.0% vs 36.0%, P 〈0.01）. Results show that compared with routine one,improved hydrotherapy for CFC has more better effect and more higher comfortability degree as well satisfactory degree,thus is worthy to be popularized to use.
