摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市乡村医生的多项指标在国内所处的相对水平。方法:利用文献调研法和比较分析法,将我国中东西部地区与重庆市村医的综合素质相比较。结果:有关乡村医生的研究文章近10年呈逐步递增趋势;重庆市村医与全国相比较年龄呈年轻化、教育水平相对落后,村医资质也处于劣势。结论:应加强重庆市村医队伍建设,提高村医的综合素质。Objective To find out the status quo of village doctors in Chongqing and to compare them with the domestic levels.Methods Literature research and comparative analysis was used to compare the overall qualities of village doctors in central,eastern,western regions of China with that in Chongqing.Results There was a gradual increasing trend in research articles on village doctors.Compared with the national average,village doctors in Chongqing were younger,whose education and qualification were at an inferior level.Conclusions Team building of village doctors in Chongqing should be strengthened to improve the overall quality.
