摘 要:目的:了解湖北省乡镇卫生院检验科现状。方法:通过现场考查、问卷调查以及座谈交流三种方式对786家湖北省乡镇卫生院检验科的人力资源、开展项目、仪器设备、质量控制等现状进行调查分析。结果:约1/4的卫生院检验人员只有1人,大于4人的不到6%。平均年龄为35岁,男女比例为0.60∶1。中专、专科学历者占90.24%,其中以原始中专学历居多,且绝大多数专科是在职文凭。有16.90%的是转行做检验。初级职称占70.92%。近80%以上的单位开展了血尿粪三大常规、肾功能、肝功能、血糖、钾钠电解质、乙肝和妇科常规检查等。70%以上的拥有半自动生化分析仪、全自动血细胞分析仪、尿液分析仪。做了室内质控的占68.96%,参加省室间质评的占6.32%,质量管理较为薄弱。结论:湖北省乡镇卫生院检验科人员结构包括性别比例、学历、职称不尽合理,特别对"半路出家"从业人员的技能培训亟待提高。虽然检验项目和设备状况有一定的拥有率,但资源利用率不高、质量管理不规范。Objective To explore the status quo of laboratories in township hospitals of Hubei province.Methods The current human resources,test items,equipment and quality control were surveyed and analyzed through on-site visits, questionnaires,as well as exchange forum for laboratories of 786township hospitals in Hubei province.Results There was only 1practitioner in about 1/4laboratories of the township hospitals.Laboratories in which there were 4and above practitioners accounted for less than 6%of the total.The average age was 35years.The male to female ratio was 0.60∶1.Those who had technical secondary school and junior college diploma accounted for 90.24%,of which the majority received education at technical secondary school,and the vast majority of junior college diploma were in-service training certificate.16.90%of the personnel were not laboratory major and 70.92%had only junior professional titles. Nearly 80%of the hospitals carried out routine examinations including blood,urine and feces,renal function,liver function,blood glucose,potassium and sodium electrolytes,hepatitis B and gynecological tests.More than 70% had a semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,automatic hematology analyzer and urine analyzer.Internal quality control and external quality assessment were carried out in 68.96% and 6.32% of laboratories,yet quality management was relatively weak.Conclusions The personnel structure for laboratories in township hospitals of Hubei province including sex ratio, educational background and professional title is not reasonable,especially skills of the staff who are not laboratory major need to be improved.Although the test items and equipment ownership rate are moderate,resource utilization is not high and the quality management is not standardized.
