摘　　要：目的：了解富阳市成年居民慢性病相关行为生活方式现状,为制订慢性病有效的干预策略提供依据。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对全市480户1008名居民进行面对面访问式问卷调查。结果：现在吸烟率为25.79%（男性为58.50%）;重型吸烟率为16.67%,被动吸烟率为54.17%,被动吸烟者的平均每天被动吸烟时长为100分钟。现在饮酒率为30.06%（男性为59.41%）,过量饮酒率为15.77%（男性为33.56%）,45-59岁年龄组居民的过量饮酒率最高,达21.43%;轻度活动率和主动锻炼率分别为34.72%和15.77%,60岁以上年龄组居民的轻度活动率最高,达42.92%。与我国推荐的平衡膳食宝塔相比,水果、奶类和坚果的每日平均摄入量不足,钠盐和烹调油摄入过量。结论：富阳市居民的生活方式尚存在吸烟率高、过量饮酒、主动锻炼率低、膳食结构不合理等问题,需加强干预。Objective To investigate the lifestyle behaviors to chronic diseases of adult residents in Fuyang city,and to provide the scientific basis for making control measures of chronic diseases.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was employed.A total of 1 008residents from 480households were surveyed by questionnaire interview.Results The current smoking rate was 25.79%（58.50%for males）,the heavy smoking rate was 16. 67%,and the passive smoking rate was 54.17%,while the average daily duration of passive smoking was 100minutes among the passive smokers.The now drinking rate was 30.06%（59.41%for males）,the excessive drinking rate was 15.77%（33.56%for males）,and the highest rate of excessive drinking up to 21.43% was in the 45-59age group. The mild activity rate and the active exercise rate were 34.72%,15.77%,respectively.The highest rate of mild activity up to 42.92% was in the over 60years old age group.Compared with the recommended balanced diet pagoda,the average daily intake of fruit,milk and nuts were less,and the salt and cooking oil was more.Conclusions There are many unhealthy lifestyles among Fuyang residents,such as high smoking rates,excessive drinking,low active exercise,unreasonable dietary structure,and so on,therefore,behavioral lifestyle intervention should be strengthened.
