摘  要:以脱乙酰度80%-95%的壳聚糖为原料,将其与2-膦酰基-1,2,4-丁烷三羧酸(PBTCA)进行反应,得到含磷壳聚糖衍生物;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对含磷壳聚糖衍生物表征。该含磷壳聚糖衍生物整理的棉织物对大肠埃希菌与金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率都达到90%以上,优于壳聚糖。壳聚糖整理的棉织物水洗30次后,抗菌性能较差,而含磷壳聚糖衍生物整理的棉织物水洗30次,对大肠埃希菌与金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为83.2%和80.1%。该含磷壳聚糖衍生物对棉织物的优化整理工艺为:整理剂质量浓度3 g/L,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间5 min。The chitosan derivative containing phosphorus is prepared by chitosan(with a degree of deacetylation about 80% -95%) reacting with 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA),and is characterized by fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The cotton fabrics treated with chitosan derivative containing phosphorus exhibit excellent bacteria inhibition against E. coli and S. aureus of above 90%. The antibacterial properties of chitosan derivative containing phosphorus is better than those of chitosan. After 30 washing cycles,the cotton fabrics treated by the modified chitosan exhibit 83. 2%and 80. 1% bacteria inhibition against E. coli and S. aureus respectively,while those treated by chitosan exhibit poor effect. The optimal finishing process of cotton fabrics with modified chitosan is: finishing agent 3 g /L,curing at 140 ℃for 5 min.
