益精方治疗弱精子症80例

摘　　要：目的:观察益精方治疗弱精子症的临床疗效,以及对精子参数变化的影响。方法:对临床确诊的80例弱精子症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组以益精方治疗,对照组以五子衍宗丸治疗,共治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后精子密度、a级精子百分率、a+b级精子百分率的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,2组精子密度、a级精子百分率、a+b级精子百分率均有明显改善,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组效果优于对照组,有非常显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:益精方可以提高弱精子症患者的精子密度、a级精子百分率、a+b级精子百分率,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect Yijing Treatment asthenospermia,and the impact on sperm parameters change. Methods： 80 cases of clinically diagnosed asthenospermia were divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group; treatment group Yi Jing Fang therapy,the control group Wuzi Yanzong Bolu therapy; were treated for three months. Sperm density was observed,a level sperm,a ＋ b class sperm changes before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment,two sperm density,a level sperm,a ＋ b class sperm showed significant improvement,there is a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a significant statistical difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Yi Jing Fang asthenospermia patients can improve sperm density,a level sperm,a ＋ b class sperm,enhance clinical efficacy.
