摘　　要：本文综述了常用的色谱技术作为现代高效分离分析技术在中药药效物质基础研究和中药质量控制中的重要作用。重点对高效液相色谱法在中药的定性鉴别、定量鉴别及HPLC指纹图谱分析中的运用进行综述。In this paper,chromatography as a modern,efficient separation technology in traditional Chinese medicine efficacy material basic research and played an important role in traditional Chinese medicine in quality control. The review focus on summering the use of HPLC method in the analysis in the study of traditional Chinese medicine. The application of HPLC in the qualitative identification, quantitative identification and contains impurities composition and toxic ingredients of TCM are reported.
